Senior SpokesPerson

Goals and Tasks for Senior SpokesPerson

Ultimate Goal: Moderately seductive software sales campaign. Rated 'PG' to 'R' to gain attention, sales, visitors, investors and any and all news coverage possible. A new stock-owning partner who handles all PR for the company, a.k.a. A PR Partner.

1) Use marketing material, i.e. shirts in highly traffficed places, i.e. parks, grand central station, airports, near TV stations, popular beaches, etc. Also, appear on radio shows, TV shows, etc. for additional coverage.

2) Create a "Hot Computer Geeks" portion of the YAHOO Club, (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/thecomputergeekteam/) with the end goal being a calendar, or other promotional items, cups, pens, etc.

3) Publish a new weekly post to clubs, blogs, etc. around the Internet. Join and submit news about the "Hot Geeks" to as many YAHOO clubs, Blogs, News Channels, etc. Including weekly updates through MySpace, clubs, etc.

4) Wear ActivSoftware, XM Mail Server, clothing items in every location possible to include branded shirts or other items.

5) Recruit and contact other male and female Junior SpokesPeople who will answer to you as Senior SpokesPerson, PR Director, etc.

6) Just generally cause a stir to get any and all eyeballs possible to ActivSoftware's Business Email Application Server.

7) Alter existing blogs, clubs, photos, owned by the Senior SpokesPerson to reflect sponsorship by XM Mail Server with announcements to club members.I will continue to draft news releases for my network of contacts. I typically pull in about 100,000 people for each release. My guess is that we will quadruple traffic to our network of sites and our products.

Senior spokeperson gets $500 for each appearance to each 100,000 viewers, listeners, etc. where the company name/product is mentioned. It is up to the SpokePerson to track appearances and provide proof. For each 500,000 people reached Senior SpokePerson receives one share of stock in ActivSoftware. There are 200 shares, which means 1 share is .5% ownership.
